Return/Refund Policy

1. Ticket Cancellation by Customer

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our operational requirements:

  • Cancellations made 1 hours or more before departure: 100% refund of ticket price
  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before departure: No refund

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. A refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

2. Service Cancellation by Company

If we cancel a trip due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control:

  • Full refund of the ticket price will be provided
  • Option to reschedule to the next available trip at no additional cost
  • We will notify customers via SMS, email, or phone call as soon as possible
  • No additional compensation for incidental expenses (hotels, meals, etc.)

3. No-Show Policy

If a passenger does not show up for departure:

  • The ticket is forfeited and no refund will be provided
  • No rescheduling option is available for no-shows
  • Passengers are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure

4. Partial Trip Cancellations

If a trip is interrupted or partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Partial refunds may be provided at our discretion based on distance traveled
  • For weather-related interruptions: Option to reschedule or receive partial refund
  • In case of vehicle breakdown: Alternative transportation will be arranged or full refund provided

5. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit refund request through our mobile app, website, or customer service
  2. Provide booking reference number and identification
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  4. Processing time: 7 business days depending on payment method
